Fallout Vacuum.

A concept I wanted to do for a little on my down time from work. The idea is that we prepared for a fallout with these giant atmosphere vacuums. I wanted to adapt them onto an already existing place here on earth that would solve a problem but also have sci fi bullshittery XD.
